Build a Scarecrow and Giveaways

Take a peek at my newest 'Make 10' activity that I have added to my TPT store.
In my opinion students can never have enough practice at 'making 10'.  To play this game students begin with a playing mat that has a scarecrow pole on it.  Taking turns they turn over two ten frame cards.  If the cards 'make 10' then they add a piece to their scarecrow.  The first to build their scarecrow wins!  I have included an I can... card so your work station is ready to go!  To change things up a bit print extra copies of the pumpkin ten frame cards and you have an instant ten frame matching game !  You can find this station here at my TPT store.

Would you like a copy of this math work station?  I would love to give away a copy to the first 2 people who are followers of my blog and leave a comment on this post.  Don't forget your email so I can send it to you!

Speaking of Giveaways, you need to check out these two!

  2. I think your scarecrow activity looks great. I'm always looking for more ways to get them to practice sums to 10.
